Among the talented players of the Bournemouth Rugby U6’s team, Henry Burns has been recognised by his peers as the Players Player for this season. Henry’s love for rugby is evident in his every action, both on and off the field. Henry’s dedication goes beyond the norm, as he constantly devises new training games for the U6’s to explore and enjoy. His passion and leadership skills make him a deserving recipient of the Players Player award, reflecting the respect and admiration he has earned from his fellow players.
Ava Chislett – Most Improved: A Remarkable Journey of Growth
Having stood on the side line watching her older brother, Ava took the leap and joined an U6’s session one cold and wintery Sunday morning. From that moment, her dedication and determination knew no bounds. Ava’s hunger for knowledge and willingness to learn have propelled her skills to new heights. Week after week, she showcased remarkable improvement, impressing coaches and teammates alike. Although the U6’s bid farewell to Ava, we are certain that her passion for rugby will continue to thrive as she takes her talents to the U7’s team next season.
Charlie Mayer – Coaches Player: The Epitome of Sportsmanship
In a team filled with exceptional players, Charlie Mayer has emerged as the Coaches Player of the season. The decision was not an easy one, as the U6’s team is blessed with many talented individuals who constantly challenge the coaches to provide sessions offering development and fun for all. Charlie’s dedication, unwavering efforts, and willingness to support his teammates set him apart. He has not only demonstrated outstanding performance in every session but has also offered a helping hand to others. Charlie’s polite and cheerful manner has made him a joy to coach, leaving a lasting impression on both the coaching staff and his teammates.
